What's the best practice to stay focused during the test?

We all know this test is not easy. I found that staying focused and reading all the problems carefully and thoroughly is very tough. What did all of the high scored test takers do to maintain focus through out the entire test?

Thank you very much!

Well, i have not taken the GMAT yet but, while taking a practice test, i was could focus because of something that i possess within myself. I'm very curious about the next question when i have solved one and when i am about to click on the confirm button. So when i confirm the answer, and when the next question appears due to my curiosity i totally am able to focus on the question. Its like the newly released movie. If my fav. actor's movie is going to be released i become curious and when i see the movie i totally forget about the world for the 1 1/2 hours!!!! But if i go to a movie which i dont even care, then i loose focus and my mind starts wandering!!!

I dont know how much this going to help anybody but just felt like writing!!
