What is your strategy on the first 10 questions?

What is your strategy on the first 10 (or so) questions of each section? I know the first few questions are very important but when do you give up and move on?

There have been numerous posts about this in the past and everytime, the moderators and experts on this forum have suggested the same strategy: 2 minutes per question on average; treat every problem exactly the same no matter where it appears in the test.
