What is this question asking?

While writing my application, I faced this question but cannot quite figure out what this question is asking...

the question goes,
"Have you written any papers, dissertations, etc. Individually or as a member of a group? Please comment."

Dose this question try to ask about my experience of working as a team or...just literally the experience of writing a thesis or paper?....
I'm confused...can anyone give me some advice here?

the latter, this is what I could comprehend:
it's asking about thesis. Whether you've had experience of writing dessertation/ paper? (a written work) individually or as a group leader.

In my case, answer would be simple 'NO'. But I would mention some patents claimed or IP reports written on behalf of a co. if any.

I have already been earning a living for a substantial construction business around per year and a half today. My own career reasons everyone traveling A GOOD DEAL yet My business is really keen on having a great MBA. I've done several investigation in addition to identified several universities that provide MBA packages online yet has been hoping to acquire several assistance??
