m(m - 2) = 0
m = 0 or m = 2
m = 0 is not possible as m is given to be a positive integer. Hence, m = 2; SUFFICIENT.

(2) m is even.
m cab be any even integer, so this info is definitely NOT sufficient.

The correct answer is A.
