Case a: y = 211 (Number is odd. Sum of digits = 4. Number is greater than 150). In this case, the answer to the target question is

Case b: y = 301 (Number is odd. Sum of digits = 4. Number is greater than 150). In this case, the answer to the target question is
y = 301
Since we cannot answer the
target question with certainty, the combined statements are NOT SUFFICIENT
