$$? = \frac{{{2^8} + {2^9} + {2^{10}} + {2^{11}}}}{{{2^5}}} = \frac{{{2^8}\left( {1 + 2 + {2^2} + {2^3}} \right)}}{{{2^5}}} = \underleftrightarrow {{2^3} \cdot 15 = 8\left( {10 + 5} \right)} = 120$$

We follow the notations and rationale taught in the GMATH method.

=>
$$\frac{\left(2^8+2^9+2^{10}+2^{11}\right)}{32}$$
$$=\frac{\left(2^8+2^82^1+2^82^2+2^82^3\right)}{2^5}$$
$$=\frac{2^8\left(1+2^1+2^2+2^3\right)}{2^5}$$
$$=2^3\left(1+2+4+8\right)$$
$$=8\cdot15$$
$$=120$$

Therefore, the answer is D.

We can factor out 2^8 from each term in the numerator. Simplifying, we have:

[2^8(1 + 2^1 + 2^2 + 2^3)]/2^5

2^3(1 + 2 + 4 + 8) = 8 x 15 = 120

Answer: D
