(1 - 1/2^2)(1 - 1/3^2)(1 - 1/4^2)….(1 - 1/20^2)?
= (1 + 1/2)(1 - 1/2)(1 + 1/3)(1 - 1/3)(1 + 1/4)(1 - 1/4)….(1 + 1/20)(1 - 1/20)
= (1 + 1/2)(1 + 1/3)(1 + 1/4)…(1 + 1/20)(1 - 1/2)(1 - 1/3)(1 - 1/4)…(1 - 1/20)
= (3/2*4/3*5/4*21/20) (1/2*2/3*3/4*19/20)
= 21/2*1/20
= 21/40

Therefore, C is the correct answer.
