Let's take x < y < z case, where y is x + 1 and z, x + 2.
Given that, 3 x = 2 z + 2
or 3 x = 2 (x + 2) + 2
or x = 6 and hence y = 7; no option
I guess something is missing, may be x, y, z are three consecutive EVEN integers, in that case...
Let's take x < y < z case again, where y is x + 2 and z, x + 4.
Given that, 3 x = 2 z + 2
or 3 x = 2 (x + 4) + 2
or x = 10 and hence y = [spoiler]
