The height is 50m, since all the lines are perpendicular
drawing a straight line PB from P perpendicular to AB will be 20+30=50

Important: the distance between a given straight line r and a given point P that does not belong to r is
equal to the length of the line segment PQ, where Q is the intersection of r and the perpendicular
to this line that passes through P (see figure, in this case Q=B).
$$? = 30 + 20 = 50$$
This solution follows the notations and rationale taught in the GMATH method.
