What is the best gmat test prep company to go through?!?

I have a time crunch when preparing for my gmat and there are soo many different options and companies offering practice tests and prep guides. Is there anyone that has stood out as "most effective" in the past? And what is the difference between them?
Thanks a lot!

We do not currently have a poll for such a thing, but there is something about tests:

I don't know if anyone here can provide a detailed reasoning on why a test prep company is better than the other for the simple reason that most people can't afford to buy more than one package.

You do have a lot to choose from and it's probably ultimately up to you if you pick one company over the other:
- Veritas
- Kaplan
- Manhattan
- Knewton - I've actually participated in a few sessions for this one and found their teaching method quite good, but bear in mind I have nothing else to compare them with

From the people that i've talked to (students, independent tutors, test takers etc) the best in business for GMAT is Manhattan GMAT.

But i think the most important part to consider is who is going to be your instructor.. Instructor > Test prep company brand name!!!
