Formula for finding area of a circle is given by:
$$A=\pi r^2,\ where\ \pi=\frac{22}{7}\ and\ 'r'\ needs\ to\ be\ obtained$$
$$For\ a\ circle\ circumscribing\ triangle\ \triangle ABC,\ we\ need\ to\ know\ the\ \dimension\ of\ the\ three\ sides\ of\ the\ triangle,\ $$ $$or\ two\ of\ the\ lengths\ and\ an\ inclined\ angle,\ in\ order\ to\ calculate\ the\ radius\ of\ the\ circumscribing\ circle.$$
Statement 1:
This doesn't provide the dimensions needed and thus, it is not sufficient alone.
Statement 2:
This provide only two lengths needed, but no included angle given. Thus, it is not sufficient alone.

Both statement 1 and 2 combined together are not sufficient since some dimensions are still missing.

Therefore, the correct option is E
