Hi. My question is about the preparation process. What do a b school want, and what can i do now as a freshman to prepare for that?

1) Change the world!
2) Start early!
I'd say a clear career goal is the most important step. Next is a good gmat! Some volunteer work/leadership in something you strongly believe in.
Don't come from any overrepresented group. (I'm an IT guy, so you know where that came from
)
