what does ' between' mean in GMAT terminology?

"n between 2 and 100" - does it mean '2<n<100' or '2<=n<=100'. plz calrify.

I am more intutive than conceptual. Still I like the name because I used it to win numerous "counter-strike" battles :)

2 < n < 100

If it says "between 2 and 100, inclusive" then it would be 2<= n <= 100.
