dear sir

I scored 710 in gmat, 4.5 in AWA, and 5 in IR...have 8years of work ex in PSU as a civil engineer. What else should i do for sure shot admission in top B schools. I am targetting specifically Insead(Fonty), wharton, LSB, HBS and stanford...other b schools are in 2nd priority list. what are the chances at this profile for getting admission targetted b schools. Should i give one more attempt to improve my score first.

Hi there,
Well to have a real shot at Top 5 schools as an Indian applicant, it would be very helpful if you have a strong GMAT for an IIT/NIT, plus very very strong work experience as well as solid volunteer work and extra curriculars.
