Hi,
This is Mervin. I would like to know in what all ways we can further improve my profile. My GMAT score is 690 and GPA is 3.2. I have strong extra curricular activities. But I would like to know on what basis the b schools will give admission. Will they ask for certificates or they purely go by the SOP and essays? Could you please suggest some ways to improve my profile as I am planning to apply only for 2010 Sep batch.
Keep Rocking,
Mervin.

Dear Mervin,

Without knowing more about you and reading your application, it is hard for me to comment on how you can improve your profile. All components of the application are significant and will factor into the decision. So, be sure to present yourself in the best light possible and highlight your career accomplishments. It is not enough to have a good GPA and GMAT; you must also have great essays, recommendations, and interviews.

Best of luck,
Lisa
