I can't speak to the Online MBA program specifically, but as a Detroit native I do have a lot of friends who attend Wayne State's MBA program. They seemed to have a really great experience with the school.

Just a caveat, Wayne State has a good regional reputation in Michigan and the Midwest. If you seek to live/work on the coasts or abroad, it may not be a good fit for you.

Good luck!

I think some clarification might be needed...there are a few places with "Wayne State" in the name:

1. Wayne State University MBA - MI

Generally considered the third best MBA in the state of Michigan, and offers more flexbility than any other MBA in the state at competitive rates as well. One of only 3 Research I Universities in the state (along with University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and Michigan State University).

2. Wayne State College MBA - NE

A much smaller regional college that is not a accredited by the AACSB or ranked as high in the Carnegie Foundation. I do not know any information about this, but if I was pursuing my MBA I would not personally do this without an AACSB classification first.

I was refereing to this one. Yeah, I understand the AACSB classification but I'm currently looking for the following:

a) affordable. Less than $15K in tuition
b) fully online
c) regional acceditation as minimum, national accreditation is posiblle.
d) It would be great with no Gmat requirement.
e) good reviews by students.

I have found several that meet most of my requirements but I'm still looking.

You certainly should pursue whatever you desire to... but I personally would have to question what if ANY value a MBA from a school that does not require the GMAT, costs lest than 15K, and is not AACSB accreditted would give you.... (answer: not much). It kind of defeats the purpose of earning an MBA because employers will not really value the degree very highly (which is the entire point, right)?
