"Burning out" usually happens when you've focused and worked so hard on a task for a long period of time that you suddenly reach a point where you are too stressed and absolutely unmotivated to keep working. It happens to the best of us.

If this happens to you, you need to take a quick break or a vacation. That's the only way I've been able to deal with personal burnouts.

just to let you know guys that i am back from vacation from cyberspace.

oh yeah ! i have lot to catch up :) :(

bytheway my reason of taking break was not burn out. :lol:

in fact i never felt burned out ;)
