wats gmat burn out during prep?

hi guys
wats a burn out?i read on some post but cldnt relocate it
it ll b very helpful if some1 cld teel its symptoms and bad/good effects if any
and how 2 escape itt

"Burning out" usually happens when you've focused and worked so hard on a task for a long period of time that you suddenly reach a point where you are too stressed and absolutely unmotivated to keep working. It happens to the best of us.

If this happens to you, you need to take a quick break or a vacation. That's the only way I've been able to deal with personal burnouts.

just to let you know guys that i am back from vacation from cyberspace.

oh yeah ! i have lot to catch up

bytheway my reason of taking break was not burn out.

in fact i never felt burned out
