B. wasps that live in a highly cooperative and organized society consisting almost entirely of
C. which means they live in a highly cooperative and organized society, almost all

This question is similar to the question in OG; I dont remember exactly, but I remember that you need an appositive to further define the sentence after comma using the same word (Look for word tissue in OG10). Only A, B WILL fit the bill. In A you have they-pronoun error which can also refer to yellow jackets, so remains B.

IMO B

C, D : 'which' is wrong
E : modifier issue. 'living' will modify to Yellow jackets
while we need to modify to wasps in general.

A, B remains

A : again modifier issue for society. [ ...they consist' wrong ]

B : 'society consisting' is the right usage
