Well, verbal is definitely a weak spot for you. Here are some books that could help you boost your score:

Your should also outline a study plan: how much time do you have to study? Will you study one section per day or two sections per day? Do you use flashcards or just take notes in a notebook? This is all important stuff that you should know before you study. The fact is, depending on what type of learner you are, one study plan is better than another. However, the essential part is to stick to your plan once you come up with it. Consistency is one of the main reasons for undesired outcomes.

Even if verbal seems to be your main issue, you should not neglect quant. It's an area where you can see dramatic improvements given enough effort and it usually brings important points for non native speakers. How long has it been since you've finished college? Are your math skills still rusty? What books/resources have you used until now? Answer these questions and I may be able to help you more.
