Should I take this as a good sign? It was from Washington University in St.Louis. WUSL wasn't one of the 5 schools that I sent my GMAT score to, but they contacted me because of that waiver at the end of the test. Is the waiver a big deal, or do some schools do that for everyone?

Dear specialk1975 & hsumh316:
Application fee waivers are generally issued to a target group of applicants by a school. The school might be targeting high GMAT scores, women, under-represeented minorities, and/or folks with specific undergraduate degrees. You should view application fee waivers as a compliment as this means the school is interested in receiving your application.
Congratulations on your waiver and good luck on your applications!

Thanks, I was surprised to get this from a good school. This school was not even on my list, but I did some research and I like what I saw, so I applied.Lisa Anderson wrote:Dear specialk1975 & hsumh316:
