Hello everyone,

I have been a great beneficiary of all the resources on this social network for about a year now. Kudos to Eric and the rest of the team. You helped make my dream to attend Business School possible.

I began studying for the GMAT last year April, but until I discovered this site, I didn't study so well. I was able to learn about the best materials to study with, so I eventually bought the 12th edition, Kaplan series, and the CR Bible.

To cut the long story short, I used the CR Bible( very good material), Manhattan SC, and the E-gmat tutorials. The e-gmat was very good. I didn't just learn to answer SC questions, I got to understand the whole concept for SC, and I felt more confident after taking the course. My GMAT scores were 620,and 640.

I applied for the Early Decision of Fuqua Business School and was wait listed in early December. I waited all through till May 10. All through the wait, I sent in another recommendation, and updated my resume. If I am asked what strategy I used, I would reply that I ensured that I followed through on all the suggestions I was given.

The wait was very long, but I am finally in, despite not having the magical >700 score and being an International applicant.

I am very grateful to God, the entire BTG team, and the e-gmat tutors. You all helped me to give my best to the application process, and I succeeded.

A little bit about myself: I am from Nigeria, a medical doctor with 2years work experience at the time of my application, born again, spirit-filled christian, and was attracted to the HSM program in Fuqua.

Thanks everyone, and to those still working at their applications, give your best shot, and don't give up.
