I have been waitlisted at two schools, Tepper and Emory. Both programs have requested I take the GMAT again. Since they plan on making decisions in the next month or so I need to retake sometime in April. Even if I get admitted the chances of a scholarship/fellowship are slim. The idea of 100K in loans is not appealing to me as a 34 year old professional. I have also been accepted to a top ranked PT program which I could pay for out-of-pocket and still maintain my director position at a financial institution.

Should I retake the GMAT to attend a Top 25 program or just accept the PT program?

Hi TW,
Ultimately the decision is for you to make, but my assessment is if you are on the waitlist, then it will be difficult for you to receive a scholarship/fellowship.
