Let B voters be x
A voters = 3x(3 times B)
C voters = 3x/2 (1/2 of A i.e 1/2 of 3x)

x+3x+3x/2 = 2200(2500-300(dint vote)

5.5x=2200
x=400

So C which is 3x/2 = 600
