Vocabulary: Online tool to provide word meanings for a para

Hi Guys

As I am new to this forum so my question might look odd. Kindly pardon my ignorance if I am asking something stupid.

I am searching for some online tool that can show me word-meanings for difficult words taht occur in a paragraph that I am reading.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
