Since there are only 18 integers, another approach is the just list all 18.
We get: -10, -8, -6, -4, -2, 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24
Range of POSITIVE INTEGERS = 24 - 2 = 22

Answer: A
