Let's take each statement one by one.

1) 320 of the sweaters at the store are neither red nor made of pure wool.

Can't help get the no. of red sweaters that are made of pure wool. Insufficient.

2) 100 of the red sweaters at the store are not made of pure wool.

=> Number of red sweaters that are made of pure wool = 150 – 100 = 50. Sufficient.

The correct answer: B
