GMAT Score:700
Hi

Any idea how is GATs GMAT centre at Pune??
I read on the forums that the cabinets are not sound proof and one can easily hear the sound of vehicles running on the nearby street
Also it is not well equipped and candidates face many problems while taking the test....

Is all the above true or the situations has improved now??

dont worry for these things, read my ridiculous test experience and u wil know.

these things do not matter at all, just concentrate on the goal, as if u are on the penalty spot about to take a kick, dont look to the crowd or anything and get intimidated. ur ears will automatically be closed to extraneous sounds at the test,, trust me,,i dnt hv the best concentration level in the world, yet 2 loudspeakers did not have any effect in my gmat performance or score...
Cheers !!

They do give you earplugs. I would definitely recommend using them.
Google "GMAT Pill"<--really helpful, worth checking out--especially for RC passages.
e-gmat SC: Never thought it would be fun learning SC.
India School Fund: Education through Innovation - A HBS start-up.
