Error=5x-2x/3 = 13x/3

percentage = (13x/3)/5x * 100 = 1300/15 % ~= 86.67%
Probably, I made some calc. mistake or the option needs to be edited.

Anshu, your solution is correct! I am going to edit answer E for matching the problem choices.
