20% -> cream

pieces per box = 20
So, number of pieces in 80 boxes = 80*20 = 1600

So, to make sure that the inspector finds taffy, you need to take into account the worst case scenario that he opened the taffy at last. This means, he opened the other boxes before taffy, where the other chocolates constitute 80% of the lot.

Hence, the number = 1600*0.8 + 1 = 1281
