i opted for A as i was in a state that it uses correct idiom but Y am I wrng

(A) This answer choice has an improper comparison "the Civil War" is compared to soldiers in Vietnam

(B) CORRECT.

(C) Incorrect use of idiom From X & Y rather than from X to Y

(D) equipped both the soldiers to is incorrect idiom it sud be bth X & Y


(E) same as C
