Very frustrating.... Please help me on time management

I have studied GMAT for almost six months now. I have tried to solve many problems and pratice tests. However, my score does't seem to improve. My weakest area is time manangement. Whenever I take a practice test, I can only solve half of math section and one third of verbal section. English is not my first language, so it requires longer time to read through passages and higher concentration in order to understand and get the right answer for me. You can assume that my score can't be good because I don't even finish half of questions...

It is very frustrating. Are there any strategies to get right answers within given time? I get so disappointed and discouraged after I take practice tests. I don't want to give up, but I feel like I am in a long tunnel without any lights ahead of me soon. Does any body can give me advises on time management???

Please help me!!!!

You're problem isn't time management. Your problem is language i.e. you said you dont understand the question.

Sounds to me if you improve the language, you improve your timing. All the timing strategies out there on the internet for GMAT are for people who'll read a question, know what it is asking, but dont know how or the quickest way to solve it.

If i were you, keep doing problems but instead of solving them, see how quickly it takes you to understand it. If it takes you 1 minute to read read read and understand it, you've already lost half your time reading!!! You need to work out which problems take the most time, and learn the terminology associated with these questions.
