Veritas Training - 460 > 700?

by britinva » Tue Jul 08, 2008 6:01 am
I've been out of college for 7 yrs now and not touched anything related to Math for a long time (even though i did an MA it was policy focussed) and want to go to B school. I've signed up for the veritas full course and am hoping that i can go from my low score of 460 to near 700 by taking this class. Am i dreaming? Do you have any suggestions as to what else i should do besides taking this class? Any advice appreciated.

Hi Brit,

Congrats on signing up for VP. VP does a fantastic job of preparing test takers for the GMAT. And they have many examples of improving scores by 200+ points.

However, its hard to say how well you will be able to improve your score. The onus is really on you to prepare, study and use the tools provide to your advantage.

Since I am an Admissions Consultant, I encourage you to reach out to your VP GMAT Instructor with your goals. I am sure they will provide you with a roadmap to achieve your GMAT goals.

Regards,

NP
