Couple of things:

#1 - this is more likely a 750.
#2 - you should be more concerned with your percentiles in each area as opposed to the end score (Basically, if you perform well in each section you will get the score you want)

Your percentiles would be 83 for quant and 96 for verbal. This would be higher than an 80% overall (where a 700 falls).

You should use third party tests (including ours) for practice and not for estimating how you will score on test day.

The scoring algorithm for the Official GMATPrep Test mimics that on the official test and so is a reliable predictor of the range of scores that you will fall into.

Other tests use different algorithms and different scaled scores even and should not be thought of as predicting how you will do on test day.

It sounds like you did well on the practice test and that is what you should take from the experience. If you have not taken the GMATPrep recently you should do so to see where you are now. The scores that you got on your two recent tests are not from the official test so you should take the GMATPrep to see where you are.
