best options between their potential uses - Eliminated
best options between its potential uses - Eliminated
best of the options among their potential uses - Eliminated
best options among its potential uses - Eliminated
best options among their potential uses - Correct

'their' refers to 'truths' so (B) n (D) eliminated

My take is (E)
