If n is an integer and 100 < n <200, what is the value of n?
(1)n/36 is an odd integer.
(2)n/45 is an even integer.

A. Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient.
B. Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.
C. BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.
D. EACH statement ALONE is sufficient.
E. Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient.


I thot it would be B?????

The ans. is D
1) the only odd integer which being multiplied by 36 gives a result in the range of 100<n<200 is 5 ===> 5*36=180
2) by the same logic, 4*45=180

D is wrong.. It should be B.

A. 36*3 = 108
36 * 5 = 180

not sure whch one

B. 45 * 4 = 180 (only multiple of even integer of 45).
