URGENT - Reschedule my GMAT test date

Hello

I have been trying to reschedule my GMAT test date but i fail to do so as i come across an Error: Invalid payload page.

Please kindly help me reschedule my GMAT test date as i am very close to the deadline and i do not want to lose on additional 250$.

I have also send an email regarding the same to [email protected]
Please advice me on further course of action.
