Its very easy to choose option C...
but the conclusion says..
this seawater extraction method of obtaining uranium is unlikely to be commercially viable...
So instead of focusing on the method to extract uranium from seawater we shud try to find out uranium extracted from land/mines...
If its not at all possible to extract uranium from land then we can go and try to find out... if we can reduce the cost of extraction from seawater...
So if uranium extracted from land is depleting then we shud work on reducing the cost of extracting uranium from seawater....
