1) I need access to Kaplan Practice tests. I am considering buying Kaplan Premier 2013 for that. Now, it says '5 online CATs' come with the book. But we already get 1 free Kaplan test anytime right. So those 5 tests are in addition to the 1 free test or overall i just get 4 more tests with the book?

2) are there any questions overlap between kaplan verbal workbook 8th ed and kaplan 800 2008-2009 edition?

Hi,

With regard to the practice tests, the first test that comes with the book is the same as the free online version. This test serves as a diagnostic starting point.

With regards to overlap between the questions in the 2 books, I don't have a definitive answer. However, I would imagine that there is some overlap, but not a lot.
