well the options do make this one a bit easy , otherwise igt wud have been a difficult one

'every 4 weeks' is same as 'once in every 4 weeks' in terms of meaning

the former is preferred in gmat because it is less wordy compared to the later!

the best way to get to the answer over here is removing the redundant part .

.here v are already have same so no need of exactly ..that leaves C and E ..E again has same and identical.so wrong
