Yes it does. Then they are congruent triangles with SSS congruency. The areas of congruent triangles are equal.

Moreover, the area of a triangle in terms of its sides is square root of s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c) where s=(a+b+c)/2.

Hi all!

Congruent triangles
1) 3 sides (SSS) test
Definition: Triangles are congruent if all three sides in one triangle are congruent to the corresponding sides in the other.
There are four other ways to test whether two triangles are congruent:
2) Side-Angle-Side (SAS)
3) Angle-Side-Angle (ASA)
4) Angle-Angle-Side (AAS)
5) Hypotenuse-leg (HL)

Hope it helps!
Best,
Maciek
