IMO A.

Angle DBC = 180 - ( 2X + 2X ) = 180 - 4X
Angle ABC = 180 - ( X + 2X) = 180 - 3X
Angle ABD = (180 - 3X ) - ( 180 - 4X) = X

This is equal to Anlge BAC = X So in triangle ADB angle BAD and ABD is same and there for AD = BD

in statement 1 AD = 6 so BD = 6 ..sufficient.
Statement 2 doesn't talk about length so insufficient.

Hence : Answer is A
