IMO C

A:
with w you can solve the 4 angles around w and nothing else
clockwise (from w)it will be 95 85 95 85

B:
all angles around z
125 and 55

A+B
in 4 sides figure
sum of angles = 360
you have 2 values
and 2 as (180-x) and (180-y)
can solve to get x+y

I think C

these 4 lines form a quadrilateral
it's internal angles will be
180-x
180-y
180-w
180-z
The summ of these angles will be 360
180-x+180-y+180-w+180-z = 360
x+y+w+z = 360
we need x+y=?
Only (1) and (2) can give us what we want to find
x+y+125+95 = 360
x+y = 140
