Work Experience: 2years of internships. I also have open my own small investment firm in Texas.
Age:21
I am looking to get into either Cornell,NYU,Harvard,MIT,PENN,COLUMBIA.
Pretty much any of the top 15 school in the country. What do I need to do to have a good chance. Is there anyone
out there who can help me?

From the information you wrote, we should mention that although some business schools (HBS, Stanford GSB) are known to target younger candidates, most business schools like to see at least 2 years of work experience. Internships typically are not included in these years.

Your letters of recommendations and personal essays will also play a critical role.
