TOEFL

by necromancer_678 » Fri Aug 14, 2009 1:42 am
Hello,

I would like to know that how many days before the application deadline should we take the TOEFL? The ETS website says that the scores are reported within 15 days.
Planning to take it on 12th Sep. ...so the report is expected by 2nd Oct.
Can there be a chance of delays?? as some of the universities have their deadlines in the 1st week of Oct.

Kindly suggest.

I believe that the policies for TOEFL are similar to the policies on the GMAT. Most schools allow you to take the test right up until the deadline for submitting your app, even when your results arrive a bit later.

Because this policy can vary school to school, don't take any risks! Call your prospective schools and figure out what is allowed.

Good luck!
