Hi i just got my toefl score today.i got 98/120 the min score requirement is 100 .will they accept me or should i have to retake my exam.

If your target school has a minimum score then unfortunately you will need to retake the TOEFL. A de facto minimum for many schools is 109; for example, if you score lower than that and you apply to Harvard, they don't automatically reject you but it would be very difficult to get in. Some schools do have strict cut-offs and so if your school won't accept anything below 100 then you won't have much chance there.
