Hey

I want to apply for my Masters application in the US by 15th jan(deadline date) However im yet to give my TOEFL(given the GMAT already). The problem is thattt im not getting a TOEFL date until 15th of December!! and there is no better date even in the nearby cities! so i just wanted to ask u whether giving a TOEFL so late is safe? and delaying my entire app till the last date OK??

I think you get TOEFL score immediately but sending it to programs may take some time. In case you still wish to apply early write an email to admissions committees of all the Masters programs you are applying to and tell them your situation. Many masters programs even waive off TOEFL if the medium of instruction in your high-school or undergrad was English. But you will have to check with them.
