To Take a Prep Course or not?

by Alphaholic » Thu Aug 16, 2007 6:35 pm
Hello all:

In the next few months, I will begin preparing for the GMAT. I wanted to know if any of you have taken a prep course (with whoever). Did you find it helpful? Did you reach your target score? What was the class/tutor like? Did you use a personal tutor or enter into a classroom situation?

If you did not use a prep course, did you feel like you could adequately prepare yourself using the recommended materials? What made you decide that working on your own was the better choice?

Thanks everyone.
