Hello all,
I've seen a couple of posts about drinking coffee but my question is slightly different. I'm planning to the GMAT in about a month and I will be able to study full time since I've taken the month off. From what I have read, it is not recommended to drink coffee or tea before the exam because you will get a "down" midway through the exam. However, what about during study time? I focus a lot better when I have a couple of cups in my system. Now... I know that I should try to simulate the same type of environment, but I will retain less if I am not 100% focused.
How about if I continue to drink coffee for the first few weeks of studying and then stop so that my body can adapt.
I know...I know...this seems unimportant, but I think every little detail counts.
Thanks
Mr T
