Was just curious how did you spend the time between getting the acceptance from a school and starting of the school session? Or for those starting next year how do you plan to use this time ?

No right answer for what to do here. I would say a majority of people keep working at their job to help save money and keep a strong network before schools. Others travel, realizing they won't have nearly as much free time during school. Finally, some try something new. A new internship in a different field or some kind social experience that helps their resume.
