Dear Clear Admit,

I recently applied to two colleges in the US and secured admits from both of them with scholarships-Thunderbird-16k and Ucin Lindner college of Business-7K.I have 4.5 years work ex in sales and marketing and have business development experience in Middle East,Africa & India region.

My aim is to get a decent job within US in marketing/Brand strategy.Thunderbird is quite expensive and its rank has been diminishing while UCincinnati's Lindner college of business is a not so known business school but boasts great placement statistics due to its location.

This puts me into a dilemma.Hoping for some assistance.

Thanks & regards

Dear radiomorphosis,

Congratulations on your acceptances and financial aid offers!

I suggest diving into the details of each school's career reports and career opportunities in marketing / brand strategy and in the geographic regions you are open to living to help decide. Each school should have a formal career report on their website and also be able to connect you with alums in your target field.

Also, with UC being in Cincinnati it could be a big advantage for you if they have a strong recruiting program with Proctor & Gamble. P&G is arguably the best company in the US to work for if you are interested in CPG branding so that could be a big positive. Plus, Cincinnati is close to Chicago where there are many strong CPG companies as well.

Hope that helps!

Heidi
